Gosh, was this Chinese speech thing even meaningful? To me its a NO! Look what i got? An 11/20. “WOW I PASSED” ON this very day, i know doing this thing isnt going to be any easy. I thought i would just go out and give it my best shot. What do you think was my feeling then? Having to stand right at the front, with so many pairs of eyes staring at me. Tell you, I had a very hard time adjusting my emotions to calm myself. Those sitting at their sits, they may think “is it even hard?” Wait till u try and I spout this question back at you. Yar, you sit there watching at me while i do my speech. All you do was to clap, listen, give comments, and even laugh. There, a pathetic kid tries his best despite being scared and anxious and also to control his voice to prevent it from becoming quavery. “Oh I cant understand what are you talking about” “Oh cant you be any louder?!” Yeah yeah, I a while, I am the little mouse squeaking and when You talked as a class, you seemed like a lion roaring without noticing it yourself. At the very start , I already told the teacher I have ulcers, 1 at the tongue, 3 at the lips, and 1 more at the gum so I would have difficulty speaking. But she told me to try. Try lo try lo... Guys, can you even consider what kind of pain I was suffering then? Have you the courage to do this? This is totally unfair! Keep saying cannot hear cannot hear!!! Wait till my ulcers healed then I can shout out at U. Then this english nerd came saying cant understand what I was talking about, cannot hear. Please think about your own mandarin standards can? I am very sure he wanst even interested and thats why not attentive. He can understand what Gary said because he laughed his way thru. To be honest, Gary’s performance was way below the expected level gauging by the way he spoke. And what he got? 13/20!! I guess people nowadays dont know the meaning of unfairness. Also, what are friends??? The ones who mock at you? Or the ones who support you? I myself believe in true friends but not “friends”. Because, what I got from these “friends” was only 11/20. HA HA!!!
